Please ensure that you read these Terms and Conditions in addition to our Privacy Policy before using this website. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy please do not use our website. If you do continue to use our website it is implied that you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Our website is to only be used for personal usage. 

Terms of Sale 
By placing an order with Growing Space Interiors, you are:
i) Offering to purchase a product at the stated price at time of purchase, including freight and handling charges.
ii) Ensuring all information that you provide us is accurate and you are an authorised user of the payment method provided. 

The receipt by you of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. 
We reserve the right to accept, modify or decline orders. 

Payment Terms 

All of our prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD).

Customers must provide Growing Space Interiors with complete, accurate and current details when making purchases. 

Growing Space Interiors will not be held liable where we are provided with an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or returned goods. Any additional expenses that are incurred due to this fault is the responsibility of the customer.

When you place an order on the website, you authorise us to deduct payments from your the payment method chosen on our website. All orders and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Growing Space Interiors is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.  At this stage we can only accept payments using the methods stated in the Orders & payment section of this web site. 

If for whatever reason we cannot charge your payment method or if a payment is declined or returned for any reason we reserve the right to cancel your order. Where we are charged a fee for processing your payment method by your bank or financial institution you will be held liable for these charges and will be notified by us where this occurs. 

Customers will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of order.

The payment methods we accept include Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. 

We do not offer a refund due to change of mind, so please choose carefully.

We offer an exchange / credit note for the online store, within 7 days of purchase.

For an exchange, the unwanted item/s can be returned in-store or via post. If via post, the return postage will need to be paid prior to us sending the exchange product back to you.

Items must be in original condition as they were purchased for a return or exchange to be accepted.

If your purchase is deemed faulty you will be offered a replacement, repair or refund.

 

All on-line orders are processed on a Tuesday and Thursday, excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia. 

Over busy periods such as Christmas order processing may take longer than expected due to the high volume of orders.

Upon the order being shipped customers will be provided with a tracking number from the relevant courier company chosen.

Growing Space Interiors use Sendle and Australia Post to ship items and currently only ship within Australia

. 
Growing Space Interiors will take all care when processing and packaging all items but will not be held liable or responsible for a item not arriving on time, undelivered items and/or damaged on arrival.

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, of order being placed. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered. You will receive notification via email, with tracking information, once your order has been shipped

Our delivery options include postage options within Australia only

For larger items such as prints or furniture shipping cost is calculated on a case by case basis, after check-out. Once your order is placed we will calculate the best rate for shipping and contact you directly to receive payment for shipping prior to dispatch of your item.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Cancellation 
Your order may be cancelled at any time due to but not limited to inability to authorise a payment, insufficient stock and suspicion of fraudulent intent.  

If the merchandise you order become unavailable and you have paid for this we will contact you and promptly refund the cost of that merchandise to you.

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Growing Space Interiors in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Growing Space Interiors may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

Growing Space Interiors aims to include up-to-date images and/or graphics of all of the goods on this web site. However, our picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods.

Any liability of Growing Space Interiors in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Growing Space Interiors be limited to:

• in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
• in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Changes to terms

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Growing Space Interiors may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.

To the full extent permitted by law we hereby exclude all conditions and warranties not expressly set out herein. except as specifically set forth in elsewhere in this agreement, we make or give no express or implied warranties including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice, with respect to any goods or services provided under or incidental to this agreement. no oral or written information or advice given by us, our resellers, agents, representatives or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of the express warranties hereby given, and you may not rely on any such information or advice.

• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services shall be limited to the charges paid by you in respect of the Services which are the subject of any such claim and provided that you notify us of any such claim within one year of it arising. 
• In no event shall we be liable to you for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.

In the event that this agreement constitutes a supply of goods or services to a consumer as defined in the Trade Practices Act 1974 or any other national, State or Territory legislation (the Acts) nothing contained in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty or other obligation in relation to this agreement and the goods and you where to do so is unlawful. To the full extent permitted by law, where the benefit of any such condition, warranty or other obligation is conferred upon you pursuant to any of the Acts, our sole liability for breach of any such condition, warranty or other obligation, including any consequential loss which you may sustain or incur, shall be limited (except as otherwise specifically set forth herein) to:
