Shipping

Shipping will be charged at checkout:

$8.00 flat rate for local postcodes: 3191-3195, 3172 & 3202

$10.00 flat rate for Melbourne Metropolitan area- excluding postcodes above

$15.00 for regional Victoria

For all interstate orders - We will call you once order placed to finalise shipping payment dependant on state you are ordering from within Australia

We use Sendle for all our deliveries

Please tick 'authority to leave' at checkout if you are happy for your item to be left in a safe and secure place.

Orders will leave Growing Space Interiors on Tuesdays and Thursdays and delivery times will vary between 2-5 days dependant on where we are delivering to.  This times may be longer for regional and interstate orders.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your item has been dispatched.

During covid restriction lockdown periods we will provide a 'click and collect' service for our local customers, every Monday between 10.00am and 12.00pm, Tuesday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and Friday's between 10.00am and 1.00pm at Growing Space Interiors- 67, Warren Road Parkdale.  The order deadline will be 10.00pm the night before each Click and Collect pick-up day.

All care is taken to ensure your products arrive safe and sound in the condition they left Growing Space Interiors.  However if your item is damaged or lost in transit Sendle provide a limited insurance of $100 per delivery (T & C apply).

*Larger/bulky items will be calculated after order made and charge directly with the customer based on size, weight and location.

Returns and Refunds
We do not offer a refund due to change of mind, so please choose carefully.

We offer an exchange / credit note for the online store, within 7 days of purchase (for reasons other than change of mind).
For an exchange, the unwanted item/s can be returned in-store or via post. If via post, the return postage will need to be paid prior to us sending the exchange product back to you.
Items must be in original condition as they were purchased for a return or exchange to be accepted.
If your purchase is deemed faulty you will be offered a replacement, repair or refund.
Due to Health and Safety Regulations, no returns are accepted on earrings.
